This concept warn born of the new internal team's leaders looking for a design inspired around dragons. The general goal of the team's mission is to create technologies that make Lockheed's products much more adaptable and agile. They indicated having components that were more offense driven (red) and other components defense driven (blue) in their work and when brought together a "purple" state. From their point of view and dragon is known and both powerful and peaceful depending upon cultures around the world. That duality they believe suits the nature of the team's capabilities.
